The service provided was absolutely incredible, and the food was beyond amazing.

This place is fantastic! The food looks exactly like it does on the menu and is of very high quality. The prices are amazing too! I would definitely come back again, and especially with Michael Odiasayyyy. It's a 10/10 experience!

It's been a while since Popeyes had their 2 pieces of chicken for 2 dollars deal, but today I decided to go there to get two pieces of chicken. Surprisingly, they didn't ask me if I wanted white or dark meat, they just charged me 6 dollars. I was disappointed to find that there was no drink or side included, just two pieces of overcooked and tasteless chicken. For 6 dollars, I can definitely make my own chicken at home, and it would be much better. This used to be a great place for food, but I can no longer recommend it. It seems like corporate has micromanaged this business to the point where the quality has significantly declined. It's a shame. :(

We drove through the empty drive-thru lane and had to move forward to wait for our order of two blackened chicken sandwich combos. Unfortunately, the food was not served hot and the chicken was difficult to chew. Needless to say, my wife and I were not impressed with our experience.

I went to the store located on 22nd Street in Tucson to pick up my order. I had ordered the special online, which was supposed to come with 10 pieces of chicken, 2 large sides, and biscuits. However, when I received the order, it only had 9 pieces of chicken and just one side. Moreover, the chicken was extremely dry. The side dish of rice and red beans was mostly beans with sauce, and not enough rice. On the bright side, the biscuits were satisfactory.

This was one of the worst experiences I've had. Every other Friday, I would buy my family the 8-piece spicy meal. However, this time the chicken was dark and very unappealing. When I mentioned it to the associate, she replied that it was due to changes in the seasonings. She refused to give me fresh chicken. I brought it home and we tried it, but it was overcooked and extremely dry. I was so disappointed. I can't believe I didn't just return the chicken and ask for a refund.

To whom it may concern, I visited store 11138 in Center Point, Alabama. I waited in line for over 40 minutes and was then informed at the window that I could not add anything to my order. Additionally, I was charged extra for any sauce after already spending $64.65 on a chicken order. The woman at the window acted as if I should consider myself lucky that she was there to take my order. I would never have chosen her for the drive-thru as she was extremely rude. I drove 30 minutes each way just to get Popeye's chicken, but now I realize that was a mistake. I arrived at this location before the time stamp of 6/16/2023 - 5:21 p.m. CST, but I didn't leave the drive-thru until after 6:00 p.m. CST. This doesn't even include the time it took to place my order. Why can't customers come inside the store to place their orders? Why does it take so long to place and receive an order? Why don't they ask if you want sauce with your order? Why do you have to pay extra for sauce when you've already spent money on your meal? Why isn't it clearly stated that sauce will cost extra, but cannot be requested at the window? Why does the management tolerate such poor service and terrible customer service? I believe the management should visit this location and go through the drive-thru themselves to experience what their customers have to deal with. They sketched a cute little kitten devouring a chicken wing and kindly requested me to leave a review, which I found to be incredibly thoughtful. Therefore, I am giving them a solid 5-star rating for that alone. Additionally, their mac and cheese was absolutely delightful. I will definitely be returning for another meal.

I went to Popeyes on Jensen Dr. @ Tidwell, and encountered a woman with a large stomach who was extremely rude. It seemed like she may have had a negative experience, but unfortunately, she took it out on me. Despite my efforts to be polite throughout the interaction, her attitude was incredibly unpleasant and palpable. It is clear that she is not suited for her position, and I sincerely hope she is let go and begins to work on improving her unattractive appearance.

I visited the Reading location and was pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness. The service was also commendable. I opted for the self-service machine and my food was promptly delivered to my table. The chicken was delicious, but unfortunately, the biscuits were extremely tough and overcooked.
